Area Name: The Mentality Void
General Structure
The Mentality Void is only opened by one's darkest thought. Once one is in The Mentality Void, the only way out is by somehow shocking yourself back into reality. This particular Influence can be opened anywhere you are, but only by the dakest of thoughts.
When you enter The Mentality Void you are welcomed by a giant version of Axel's singular eye. It will shut as soon as it sees any form of life, then take off into the air. It becomes replaced by two guards who place you in a straight jacket and take you into a underground asylum to place you in your cell.
Things are backwards in Axel's influence. For example, being insane is normal mental behavior. If you act insane, you may be released into the inner facility. Once Axel feels you are prepared, he lets you out onto the upper You are given a knife, a slightly larger cell (A.K.A. a "home"), and an empty tome for you to write in.
If entering The Mentality Void doesn't turn you absolutely insane then the landscape will. What looks like jigsaw puzzle pieces are missing from the sky, there are men dressed in all white including mask running around with knives to keep civilians in line, and random tentacles sprout from the ground and kidnap random people.

Buildings: Three huge building exist in Axel's influence. The underground asylum is the first of these three buildings. You enter this building through a teleportation device developed by Axel. This device was modified by a similar device developed on Axel's homeworld. Axel's version enduces horror and evil thoughts to your head.Negative aspects: Remember, Influences take on the reflections of the soul. There are negative aspects as well as positive aspects. Negative aspects can range from pollution to dark, twisted buildings at the center of the city that contains the character's worst nightmares.
The next building is Axel's science facility. This is where the random people snatched by the tentacles are taken. He has horrible experiments and research done here. It is located under Axel's own dwelling. People may believe that Axel has this research area to gain knowledge, but he is in it for the torture.
Plants: The plants in Axel's world are horribly disgusting and creepy. The trees are gigantic stalks that have many duplicate versions of Axel's eye on them, he hopes to keep maximum security. The tentacles that bring people to Axel's horrible science facility are considered plants in his eyes.. They were developed in his science facility. Cacti grow in extensive amounts here as well as huge sizes, people have been known to make there homes in them.
Roads: In Axel's society warp technology has been developed, there are no roads in The Mentality Void.
Average Temperature: It is very hot in Axel's world. Hot is the only temperature he has ever felt, to him cold does not exist.
