For each character's influence, there is a topic. If you want an Influence, you may put up a claim thread here once you have attained 60 exp (20 in-character posts). When creating your Influence, fill out the form as follows:
Area Name: What is the name of your Influence?
General Structure
The following should be as detailed as possible, but not so long that people give up and say tl;dr.
Thought Process: Why did your character choose to build the Influence the way they did?
Government: Are you the sole "ruler" of this area? If other people decide to move in, how will you treat them?
Residence: Where does your character live?
Threads: If you wish, you may keep track of the threads people have started in your influence here.

Buildings: Are there any? What do they look like?Negative aspects: Remember, Influences take on the reflections of the soul. There are negative aspects as well as positive aspects. Negative aspects can range from pollution to dark, twisted buildings at the center of the city that contains the character's worst nightmares.
Plants: Are there trees? Shrubs? Something else? What do they look like?
Roads: Are all the roads placed in a neat grid, or do they twist and twine about each other?
Average Temperature: Is it generally warm? Does the temperature fluctuate wildly?
Noise level: Is it deadly quiet? Is there a lot of noise for the sake of there being noise?
Etc.: You can add to this list as you like.
